Delivery Times

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once processed, orders are shipped via major carriers with expedited shipping options available at checkout. Please allow the following transit times:

  • Australia: 3-7 business days
  • Rest of World: 7-20 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your items, but accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged item or there are items missing from your order, please contact us at within 7 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to resolve the issue promptly.


We want you to be delighted with your Tan's Toys purchase, but if you need to return an item, our hassle-free returns policy has you covered:

  • You have 28 days from delivery to initiate a return
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Email with your order number to start the process
  • Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspecting the return
