Returns & Refunds

At Tan's Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item from an online order, please follow these guidelines:

Returns

  • You have 28 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Contact our customer service team at hello@tanstoys.com.au to request a return and receive instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for your order.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund promptly.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

How to Return

  1. Email hello@tanstoys.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Securely package and ship the item(s) back to us.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
